Outside there is an expansive front balcony with views of the ocean, and another balcony at the rear overlooking the garden. Enjoy a bbq after a long day at the beach while the kids play on the lawn. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 sets of bunks. There is also a living area with a smart TV, ideal for the kids, plus a bathroom and laundry. Upstairs is the light, bright and airy open plan kitchen / living / dining area, all leading onto the front balcony with the ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and pod coffee machine, there is a large dining table with seating for 8, plus comfy couches and a large smart TV in the living area. The master bedroom also leads onto the balcony so you can wake up to those ocean views. With a second bathroom upstairs, this really is the ideal family holiday home. This house is pet friendly by negotiation and must be agreed in writing. Quiet and secluded for much of the year, the off season provides the perfect time to enjoy this special place and you'll likely find you have the beach all to yourself.
