The property boasts a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and convection microwave (no oven). Other amenities include WiFi and air conditioning through out the house. Conveniently located close to restaurants and the Clarence River fishing grounds, this property offers the ultimate waterfront experience. ***Please note, the pontoon/jetty is unavailable, however, there is an anchor point to secure a small boat. PET FRIENDLY -. Please do not allow your dog inside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Fees will be deducted from your Security Deposit should you not comply with this clause.
