Located on the Niagara Benchlands, within walking distance to a brewery and wineries, with many wineries less then 7 km away. Short drive to town, many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO and Beer Store. Quick access to QEW. (Please note, as of July 1, 2024 the Town of Lincoln has implemented a mandatory 4% tax on all short term rentals) The space Comfortable, clean 2 bedroom unit in the front part of our home (we live in the back). Each bedroom has a queen size bed with bamboo mattress, alarm clock (that will also charge most phones), fireplace and ceiling fan. The soaker tub is perfect for a relaxing bath or you may enjoy a luxury rainfall shower in the large walk in shower equipped with a built in bench and grab bars. Enjoy the sunset (or sunrise) from the front porch during the summer months. Barbecue available upon request during warmer months. Guest access Entering through the front door, guests will have full access to the apartment and front yard. Other things to note NOISES We are a country property that requires a sump pump and pressure pump.
