Ideal for families, the house is located in the heart of the historic center of Lecce between the Roman theater and Piazzetta S. Chiara, 50 meters from the central square. Morning walks to discover every alley of the city, every restaurant near the house, every bar where you can taste a good wine, the walks through the mighty walls of the churches, the alleys... everything will make you feel comfortable, simply ON VACATION. The space In the house, the mighty Lecce stone walls and tall star vaults create a harmony between old, but valuable, and the modern. Entering the atrium on the T floor, the stairs start to go to the 1st floor where is the actual accommodation, divided into three main rooms: the first room is the living room, with a sofa-bed, television, a nice balcony overlooking the front of the house and, then the square overlooking the Church of Sant' Irene, from here you access the fantastic terrace of the house from which you can enjoy a real show, really enjoying the view of the city. The bell tower, every house and the streets of Lecce. The show is even more harmonious at night with the cool and the city that almost shines the Lecce stone with its warmth. The second room is the dining room, bright and cute with attached kitchenette and balcony. From here you can access a living room from which there is access to the bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed easy to open, TV, and a beautiful mezzanine with a spiral staircase where the bedroom with double bed was obtained. Guest access The accommodation is a detached house and everything is available for guests to use. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and any accessory if you want to enjoy the kitchen. The master bedroom is very quiet. Other things to note The Lecce climate is special: humid but with rare rain. In summer the temperatures are very high up to 35°, while in winter they do not fall below 10°.
