The Loft at Twin Spurs

Get away from the hustle of city life without feeling remote. Our peaceful 30-acre property offers the best of both worlds — quiet country surrounds just 15 minutes from North Coast beaches and 30 minutes to Noosa. The iconic Spirit House restaurant is 5 minutes away, Eumundi Markets 10 minutes, with local shops, bakery, butcher, IGA, bottle shop, doctors and chemist close by. The space The Loft is a beautiful studio-style apartment with its own private ensuite, built above the tack room and feed shed beside the stables. It’s completely self-contained, thoughtfully set up, and kept very neat and clean — a comfortable and peaceful place to unwind. Step out onto the deck and take in the sweeping views across the property, or fire up the small BBQ and enjoy an easy meal outdoors. Just 20 metres away, the main house has a fire bench in the yard that you’re welcome to use — light a fire, kick back, and soak up the open rural views. The sunsets here are truly something special. The Loft comfortably sleeps two guests, with a custom-made sofa bed available to accommodate up to two additional guests. It’s exceptionally comfortable for a sofa bed, however please note that all beds are located in the same open studio space, so privacy is limited. The bathroom is separate, providing a private space to get changed. Guest access You’re welcome to enjoy your exclusive accommodation and private deck, along with the walking paths down to the dam and creek — perfect for a gentle wander and a bit of exploring. Before heading off, please have a quick chat with us so we can share a few tips about local wildlife, the safest routes, and how to make the most of the property. Depending on the season, paths can be muddy and livestock may be nearby, and we’ll help point you in the right direction. Little (and big) animal lovers are welcome to visit the chook pen in front of the main house at any time. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. If you’d like to collect fresh eggs during your stay, just let us know and we’ll happily show you where to find them — it’s always a favourite with kids 🐓🌿 Other things to note There are many animals on our property, we have dogs, chooks, geese, horses and cattle. Our dogs are kept in a fenced yard but they're friendly and just love it if you throw the ball for them. They will bark to let me know when you're here and probably any time you come and go. Generally the horses are down the paddock but occasionally they need to be in the stables, particularly if we've had a lot of rain or one is sick or wounded. In most cases they will only be there during the day. If we ride the horses we'll have them in the wash bay below the loft to tack them up and hose them off when we're done. You're most welcome to come down anytime we're there. Don't worry, it's never early in the morning! The chooks are locked in their large pen most of the day to keep them safe from Mr Fox and wild dogs, you're welcome to visit them anytime.
