Guest access On your arrival you will receive the keys to allow you the maximum freedom. Other things to note In the apartment there is a resident central heating whose activation is not under the control of the host. According to the latest legal provisions, in Caserta (zone C), the heating can be turned on for a maximum of 9 hours per day from November 15 to March 31. It's not possible to anticipate or delay its activation. The price includes the bed linen, towels and breakfast. ************ A tourist tax of 1.50€ per night per person must be paid at check in. The tax is payable for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children up to the age of fourteen are exempt from the tax.
