We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully. As soon as you step off of your private elevator entrance and walk into the condo, you will be “wowed” with sweeping vistas of the sunrises over Estero Bay and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is sure to please. You may never make it to the beach as the screened in lanai’s and pool are all you need for a relaxing and amazing vacation getaway! The open floor plan concept, including plenty of seating in the living room and dining area, makes it conducive for socializing, dining and enjoying the stunning bay views from the furnished lanais. The primary bedroom has sliders out to the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a good book in the afternoon or just taking in the sights of nature and the boats for the ultimate peaceful and serene experience you came to the beach for. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanities and a huge walk-in closet, The guest bedrooms are adjoined by a bathroom, one is a queen bedroom and the other is also a queen bedroom. All guests have access to the private, "for owners and guests only" onsite pool, your own assigned parking spot in the garage, grills and work out facility. There is also a private beach access located across from the pedestrian crosswalk on Estero Blvd. Book today and you will be sure to make this your annual vacation getaway. A 100.00 application fee is required at time of booking, per the condo association and paid directly to them. 4192 Bay Beach Lane #862 Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
