On the main level, you will find a beautiful great room with a flat/big-screen TV, fireplace, powder room, full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances and cookware, dining room, and an outdoor BBQ with a seating area. The main level also features a king lake view master suite with a private connecting bathroom. The upper-level features two king bedrooms with connecting private bathrooms plus an additional powder room. The star of the show is the private ROOFTOP BAR 35 feet up from Gull Lake with a gas fire pit, table with seating for ten, and grilling station. Read for entertainment? A spacious family room is located on the lower level, including a game room with a card and pool table.
