Amethyst - Beachfront Escape

Whether you're chasing a wave, sipping a latte on the deck, or walking the coastline, Amethyst is superbly positioned for a wonderful getaway. The space This beautiful two storey home has a secure front and back yard and outdoor patio. On entry you will find the kitchen, 1st living room, dining room , main bathroom, and 2 queen bedrooms. Spare chair's are stored under the stairs along with vacuum, mop, and iron. Upstairs, is the 2nd living room, with a balcony looking out to the ocean. To the right is the master bedroom and ensuite, with high ceilings and ample storage. Outside the back door head up stairs to a sunny deck, or downstairs to the seperate sleep out (the two single beds) and laundry/bathroom. The clothes line, BBQ, and outdoor dining setting is located in the backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and secure front and back yard throughout your stay. Other things to note Electric Log Fire in Lounge room: The remote is on the shelf above, with TV remote. A bar fridge in the upstairs living room, with sink. Safety: This home has two balconies. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The 4th bedroom is located outside the back door of house and has a separate bathroom/laundry next door to it. *We do not recommend this room for young children. The air-conditioning control is located next to the downstairs bathroom and is easy to operate by turning on the on/off button.
