Beautiful quiet House / 3 subway stops from Paris

Welcome to my place, all renovated during the summer, feel confortable, relax and let's share a drink. Some distance infos you might need: * 6min away from the closest subway station. * 24min away from Gare du Nord * Shops & restaurant at walking distance (shopping center "Paddock Paris" 300m away) * 200m away from a beautiful Parc / forest The space My girlfriend and I own this 3 bedroom house. We will be in one, you will be in a 2nd (on the other side) and the 3rd is left vacant (if you have a friend or family coming over, let me know the 3rd room could be useful ;) ). You will also meet our lovely puppy, born early 2020 that have her own house in the garden ! In sunny days we could maybe share a BBQ. During your stay I'll most likely be in Paris during the day (for work) and at home or at some music events (whenever COVID will get easy on us) during the weekend. If you're interested in going out, I would gladly point you in the directions of places to visit / try during your stay!
