This home is in a peaceful setting perfect for a weekend getaway, girls trip, ski adventure, or family outing… with your dog! Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, then relax in front of the fireplace, play board games, or stargaze on the deck. Access to BLS lakes, pool, & other amenities is available. The space This A-frame home is on corner lot surrounded by tall trees with a wraparound deck. The paved, flat driveway makes it easy to get in and out even in snowy weather, and can accommodate at least 3 vehicles. Inside there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, along with a kitchen that includes a deep sink, Hansgrohe faucet, new refrigerator, new microwave, new stove, and granite countertops. For cooking at home there’s a variety of small appliances including a toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, electric griddle, and blender, plus a set of sharp knives, various cooking utensils, and a selection of common spices and condiments. The first floor bathroom is tucked away next to the bedrooms and includes a shower over bathtub, new toilet and sink, new flooring, and all new plumbing and lighting fixtures. The cozy first floor living area has a gas-powered fireplace, expandable dining table, new flooring, and a large flatscreen TV. We also provide a collection of board games, DVDs, and even karaoke mics to have a fun night in. Upstairs a spacious loft with new carpet overlooks the living area. The loft has an oak desk perfect for working remote, and a sleeping area that includes a queen sized bed. An air mattress is available to accommodate additional people in the loft if needed. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower, sink and vanity, of course a toilet, and a new washer and dryer. Shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and bar soap is provided for guests. This home has central heat, is WiFi-enabled and pet friendly! Guest access The entire home is available for your use. Bedroom closets are locked, but can be made available for longer term stays. Other things to note - If there's snow and the driveway needs to be cleared for your stay, this is an additional charge (typically $75-100)
