You'll stay in a safe and quiet family neighborhood, two blocks from coffee, restaurants, and vintage shopping in adorable downtown Tipp City. Upstairs, there's a queen bed and two twins. Downstairs, a futon converts to a full-size bed. Note: We are close to the train! It's charming, but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to choose another spot. The space This 1920s cottage has been recently renovated and completely updated. It includes two bedrooms on the second floor -- one with a queen bed and another with two twins. There’s also an office on the main floor with a futon that converts to a full bed, perfect for guests who don't do stairs. On the main floor, there's a full bathroom. There's a dining room, full kitchen, and a cafe table that looks out over the backyard and our nearby train track, ideal for "trainspotters." About that train ... it's charming, but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to choose another spot! Have pets? They are welcome to enjoy our large (but unfenced) yard! Finally, you can expect all the amenities you would want: a dishwasher, washer & dryer, AC/heat, a hairdryer, coffee maker & coffee, and lots of blankets if you need to snuggle up on a cool evening. Guest access The entire home and yard will be yours! :-) Other things to note We are one block from the train track. Watching the trains is pretty cool, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the spot for you.
