Two spacious bedrooms with king-size and queen-size double beds, great lounging area with big TV, separate fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, tons of cute details and highly instagramable! :-) Master bedroom is set with a beautiful king-size bed in white faux leather and features an attached balcony where you can enjoy watching a central pedestrian boulevard with a glass of wine or have your morning coffee under generous Bulgarian sun. The open-plan living room is attached to the bedroom area, and features a 52-inch flat-screen TV, professional speakers and mafia-style burgundy leather sofas that can serve as extra beds if needed. Tiled staircase behind the sofas leads downstairs to the second bedroom, which faces a very quiet yard, and is always cool and peaceful. It features a queen-size bed, a tall mirror, a double rail for clothes and a small lounge area. There are a few kids' toys and books, with more available on demand. A kitchen has an exit to a second balcony, facing a quiet yard. We've installed a stove top, an oven, and a big fridge. There is a small dining zone and all necessary kitchenware, dishes and utensils for cooking, french press and an electric kettle for coffee and tea. Our bathroom is set with a simple shower, an electric boiler that provides you with hot water 24/7, and washing amenities. There is a big washing machine, but you can also use the laundry/dry cleaning in the area (5 min walk). Quality bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. Guest access There is a fast broadband Internet connection and wi-fi throughout the flat. Internet is very fast in Bulgaria - so much so that many IT companies chose to do outsourcing from here, and we have quite a population of digital nomads in town! The building has a buzzer at the front door for your convenience. The parking places are on the street just behind the building. The area is in the 'blue zone' of the city where parking is paid during daytime (0,5 Eur. per hour, 9 to 20 every day of the week). The main street is pedestrian, so you have access in minutes to all major attractions and entertainment of Varna!
