Property boasts quiet surroundings and privacy. The pier accommodates lounging , sunbathing, fishing, socializing, swimming, and relaxation. The Owner is on the property but stays in a separate dwelling. The space No smoking or vaping allowed. No parties or events allowed. This rental listing is intended for guests who don't mind the Owner being on the property. This rental is for two bedrooms that accommodates up to 2 guests per bedroom. Electric motorized air mattresses are also available. Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests will also have access to the Back Porch, Yard, and Dock/ Pier. Guest access Guests will enter the house through the front and back doors. The front door locks and unlocks with an electronic code given to the guest through Airbnb messaging just before 4:00pm CST check-in time. Guests are required to read the house rules and policies manual upon arrival. Other things to note *No smoking and/or vaping on the property. *No parties and/or events allowed. *No trailered boats allowed on property. * (Check-in time after 3:00pm) no matter what time you arrive in town. *(Checkout time before 10:00am CST) due to house cleaning time frame. *Owner has a 14 year old chocolate lab on the property. His name is Buddie. He is very sociable and quiet and stays in the backyard on a long soft bungee leash with a full body harness during the day. *The fireplace is NOT listed as an amenity and is NOT allowed for use due to high liabilities and risk. *The Owner stays in a separate dwelling on the property. Guests will NOT be sharing the home with the owner. *The Owner can be contacted through cell phone or through Airbnb messaging. Owner can come in the home if needed (per the guest's request) to take care of any issues the Guests may have. *If the Owner is unavailable, the Owner's Co-Host will be the guest's contact. *Guests should provide their own food articles such as spices, condiments, seasonings, foods, etc. *No (deep frying) food in the house. *Frying food exception: Bacon/ *A propane gas grill is provided on the back porch. All grilling has to be done on the outside steps attached to the porch. (NO GRILLING INSIDE THE BACK PORCH). *Guests can choose to SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. *Guests will be responsible for providing their own recreational water equipment and water sports related items. *NO visitors allowed to stay over night.
