4 Bedroom Family Home with pool

Rental available Spring 2018, over Easter & Henley Regatta 2018! Located in Wargrave with its local shops and pubs, it is a great base to explore the local area including the River Thames, Windsor, Henley and Marlow, Oxford and London. 30 mins from Heathrow. The space Our spacious family home is welcoming and cosy with a large open kitchen/diner and plenty of spaces to relax. The ground floor has a large hallway, the kitchen/diner with bifold doors onto back garden, large living room with bifold doors on to back garden, a second living room with wood burning stove and a TV/playroom also with bifold doors on the the back garden. This room has a double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom so can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. We also have a utility room for laundry which has access to our garage for storage. Upstairs, we have 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two children's bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed to sleep 2 adults, an en-suite shower and toilet and a walk in wardrobe. The guest bedroom has a king size bed to sleep 2 adults. It is located next to the family bathroom. Our sons room has an L-shaped low bunk bed (both beds single size) to sleep 2 children or adults. Our fourth bedroom currently has a cot/cotbed in it, which can be adapted to suit your needs. We also have a second cot bed which can fit in this room also if required. Sleeps 1 or 2 young children (up to age 5). Guest access You will be able to access our large patio area and back garden with mature flower beds plus a 10ft trampoline for the kids! We also have a 7m x 4m swimming pool with pool house (which is enclosed behind pretty walled, gated area) which guests will be able to use during their stay (summertime only). Wargrave is on the River Thames which is a 10 minute walk from the house. The local shops including a grocery store, post office and chemist are less than 5 minute walk away. Other shops such as an art gallery, gift shop, interior design shop, hairdressers, pubs, a lovely cafe (The Old Post Office) and two Indian Restaurants (Hawelli and The Spice Lounge) are all within a 10 minute walk. The George and Dragon Riverside pub is within 10 minutes walking. The local children's park is a 10 minute walk. The train station is a 10/12 minute walk and has direct trains to Henley and Twyford. It also has some direct trains to London Paddington. Wargrave is a 5 minute drive from Henley, 15 minute drive from Marlow, 25 minute drive from Windsor, 45 minute drive from Oxford and an hour drive from London. Heathrow is 30 minute drive and Gatwick an hour to an hour and a half. There are lots of local National Trust sites including Greys Court and Cliveden. Other things to note We have two lovely friendly cats, Bella and Beamish, who we would preferably like to leave in the house. They do not need to be allowed upstairs but would need access to the utility room and preferably kitchen. We have off road parking behind an electric gate for two, possibly three cars. There is free parking on the road outside the house too.
