Welcoming, Cosy, Quiet & Secure for home working or relaxing after a day visiting the best that Dublin has to offer. We are close to the Convention Centre, IFC, Trinity College, Dublin Castle, City Hall, Chester Beatty Library, Christchurch Cathedral, Irish Film Institute, Photography Museum & Temple Bar. The space Quiet residential building close to the city's business and tourism districts. Definitely not a party! building, hence the peace and quiet. Best 360⁰ rooftop views across central Dublin for amazing sunrise and sunset experience. This is a southwest-facing apartment with the use of two private balconies. Access to my home is easy from the newly pedestrianised Parliament Street. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with access to a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a 'Small Double' 120cm x 190cm or 4ft wide by 6ft 3" long bed, also with access to the balcony. The sitting room has great sunlight to the private balcony and is a surprisingly quiet room, with a fully equipped kitchen to the back. There is a lift in the building. Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset over the historical Dublin cityscape on the 7th Floor. Rented on short-term for a maximum of 90 days in any calender year so book early to avoid disappointment. Guest access The apartment is only available when I am traveling for work or leisure and that means the whole apartment is yours to experience. We do not have 'Instant Booking' turned on because we want to make sure that you are right for the building and our neighbours and also importantly that the building and apartment is right for you. We always meet guests personally and give you a walk around and are at your service during your stay to answer questions and to give recommendations on where to go and what to eat in the locality. We stick to a 90-day maximum total of short-term rental days in any year to make sure we are compliant with local regulations but more importantly that our neighbours are happy with the balance of our rentals over the year. Other things to note This is a central city apartment and it is very quiet by all standards. We respect our neighbours in the building, so no parties or large groups. We ask you when entering or leaving the apartment that you keep noise to a minimum as it is a working building i.e. people have to get up and go to work when you don't have to. Our neighbours are friendly and facilitate us renting short-term so please return the favour by keeping the noise levels low and by respecting the shared spaces. The apartment is centrally located, so there are various parking options; however, as with most busy cities, there’s no street parking nearby. Parkopedia website is a great site for all parking options in Dublin. If you haven’t booked a car already it might be more convenient to get a taxi from the airport. If you plan on travelling around Ireland after your visit to Dublin, you could then collect a car in one of the car rental city centre location.
