The space The apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated semi-detached house. The apartment consists of a living area with dining room and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and stove. The bedroom with a double bed also has an additional bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a full bed. The full bathroom with shower and bidet. The semi-underground swimming pool measures 7.70 x 3.80 meters and is 1.37 meters deep. The wooden house adjacent to the pool contains the hot tub measuring 2.01 x 2.01 meters and 0.80 meters high. The house has a large garden with a centuries-old olive grove and a small vegetable garden available to guests. The garden, which is shared with guests in the first floor apartment, is furnished with a table and chairs, ping pong, barbecue and wood-burning oven Guest access The front yard is equipped with tables, chairs, hammock, barbecue, wood-burning oven, ping pong table, outdoor checkers, and swing.
