The space Our large, open plan home has a living room, dining area, cook's kitchen and den. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with both a separate tub and walk in shower with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have closets and cabinets and drawers for clothing storage. The den has a new and very comfortable pullout couch (queen size) and the TV is in the den. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home and front yard. The third bedroom upstairs will be locked and not available to guests. The front door has a ring doorbell and camera. Other things to note The home is surrounded by Los Alamitos Bay so there are many types of water sports, boating and fishing available to you during your stay. It's located just 1.5 miles from 2nd and PCH, a world class mall with a Whole Foods, a myriad of restaurants and upscale shops and exercise facilities such as Barry's Boot Camp and Grit. It is also just 3 miles from Cal State Long Beach and many of the sailing and other competitions on the water occur in Los Alamitos Bay. The house is just one mile from the Long Beach Yacht club as well. If you visit in April, you'll find it's a short distance from the Long Beach Grand Prix (4 miles).
