Everything you need is nearby — restaurants, supermarkets, fresh produce markets, ATMs, banks, grocery stores, and hospitals — all within a 10-minute walk. Food & Cooking: For longer stays, please bring your own food items to cook. I may share food if I’m cooking for myself, but meals are not provided regularly. Guests are responsible for their own food. Laundry: You are welcome to use the washing machine, but please use it responsibly and return it properly. Laundry service is available for a charge. Energy Conservation: Please switch off lights and fans when leaving the apartment. Late Arrival & Security: If arriving late, please inform me and ensure the main door is locked.
