The ‘Centro Historico’ is a short walk away and other parts of the city are easily accessed by bus or taxi. Quito’s first metro is opening soon and the house is close to several stations. Other things to note In this 200-year-old building, the first printing press in Ecuador was housed, and next to the oldest church in Quito that not only taught religion in Spanish but also in Kichwa, the language inherited from the Incas with a mixture of our cultures such as the Quitus, it is worth mentioning that it is rumored that this building is over 200 years old but its previous owners only had municipal documentation from 2 centuries ago.
