The Morro Negro Room is part of the Mediterranean House, located a 15-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. The house's decoration, paintings, ceramics, tables and lamps in different materials are the exclusive design and creation of the Casa Mediterránea family. Our space is quiet, we prioritize the rest and comfort of our guests. As well as caring for natural resources, we invite you to separate waste, save water and use electricity responsibly. Guest access Discover the charming social areas of Casa Mediterránea, where you will find two cozy living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a terrace and an outdoor patio. Enjoy a sunny day gazing at the beautiful Iguaque Massif mountain or immerse yourself in reading a good book, surrounded by art and creativity. > Access to drinking water, coffee and aromatic teas. > The shared kitchen is available Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Friday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm > Laundry service at an additional cost, depending on the weight. During your stay We will be available to advise you during your stay in Villa de Leyva and attentive to respond to any request. Other things to note PET POLICY: 1. Additional fee per pet COP 20,000 2. Maximum 1 dog 3. Owners must bring the bed or cushion where the pet sleeps. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEDS. 4. Waste produced must be collected by its owners. 5. Animals cannot be left alone in the house. 6. Owners must bring their own toiletries. Towels or linen from Casa M. should not be used to clean or warm them. 7. Owners are responsible for all damage to property or any stained or damaged items and/or personal injury that may be caused by their pet. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED After 11:00 pm, the acoustic volume should be reduced to a minimum. To ensure respect and rest for the neighbors. Late CHECK-IN in person after 10:00 PM, additional COP 30,000 LATE CHECK-OUT: The latest check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you exceed this time, 30% of the established rate will be charged and you will have a maximum of 1 hour to vacate the room. Partial room cleaning service COP 20,000 half day 8am-11:30am includes making the bed, sweeping, mopping and cleaning the room. Food preparation service, this service has a value of an additional COP 80,000. RECYCLING: At Casa Mediterránea we separate our waste with commitment and responsibility, please help us. We have 1 gray garbage can with indications of the materials to be recycled (they must be clean and dry when depositing them), 1 green garbage can for non-usable items, and a container for organic items.
