The Coach House, which sleeps 10, is set in beautiful countryside looking out to the Welsh hills. The perfect venue for family celebrations or reunions there is something for all ages. Head to the indoor tennis court to burn off energy or relax in the garden with a cocktail from the bar to watch our stunning sunsets. The spacious kitchen and patio provide perfect space to entertain. There is much to do in the area: walking, climbing or biking the hills of Wales, or visiting Chester & Shrewsbury. The space Indulge in the ultimate holiday experience at our luxurious retreat, a remarkable holiday let designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. This expansive haven is a fantastic venue for three generation family celebrations or perhaps getting together with friends. Outside immerse yourself in the tranquility of the private patio complete with a table, chairs, sofa and BBQ. The large garden has panoramic views and there is also the courtyard garden for the morning sun. There is a state of the art indoor tennis court so whatever the weather you can play tennis, football, badminton, volley ball or practice your cricket in the net. This will delight sports enthusiasts of all ages and is great on a rainy day too. Step into a world of refined elegance as you explore the well-appointed interiors, where every detail has been carefully curated for you, down to the underfloor heating throughout and a bar for cocktails. Enter through the front door to a large hallway with plenty of hanging and storage space. This leads through to a glass dining area and fabulous open plan kitchen. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with plenty of equipment, two dishwashers, two ovens and two sinks and a huge island to prepare it all on. The oak and glass dining area has a wonderful view over the garden and out to the Welsh hills. Also off the front hall there is a cinema room with a large HD TV , extra large sofa , beanbags and a selection of games and puzzles. Go through the kitchen to the main sitting room. Curl up by the wood burner with a film on the large flat screen TV (HD), or it is the perfect space for everyone to gather together before dinner. There is seating for 10 and a glamorous Bar with colour changing lighting, plenty of glasses to cater for all types of cocktails and a drinks fridge. Bedroom 5 is downstairs so ideal for those that cannot do stairs. It has its’ own wet room which is disabled friendly with grab rails and no steps. There is a large cupboard in the hallway that has the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board , hoover and a drying rack. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two have en-suite shower rooms and there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. BEDROOM 1 is the larger master bedroom and has a bath and basin in the bedroom and an en-suite shower room and a super king bed. BEDROOM 2 has bunk beds the bottom is a queen size bed and the top is a single bed so comfortable for adults as well as children. BEDROOM 3 has twin beds. BEDROOM 4 has a super king bed that can be split into single beds if needed. There is parking for up to 10 cars and one electric charging point for EV vehicles. This is charged separately at 63 pence pkw and to be paid before departure. This property will not disappoint. Please do contact me through the app if you want any more information . Other things to note You are welcome to use the tennis court from 9-12 each day and we can easily arrange other times if needed. We do use the tennis court ourselves too but happy to try and work around you. During the school holidays there is a minimum of seven night stay with changeover on a Friday. The rest of the year it is a minimum of three nights.
