On the second floor of a stylish 3-family semi-detached house from the late 1930s in a quiet villa-like environment, this room is located in a 4-room apartment. A small balcony is also available. The space Bathroom, toilet, a small balcony and a kitchen are available to share. There are currently two working roommates (m57, w35) in the apartment. I live on the first floor myself. Parking in public spaces is available, as are tram and bus. The room has central heating, parquet flooring and double wooden box windows. Guest access Access is via the staircase and the apartment door. A key will be handed out by me. During your stay I am available via text, email and phone. I myself live on the first floor in a separate apartment. If you like, you can also have a coffee with me in the morning before I go to work. In the evening, if you like, you can sit down for a drink. Other things to note The room is located in an old building, i.e. the old wooden floorboards "creak" a little, and the windows are still old double wooden box windows
