Quiet, Luxury Lake View House tucked away in a very quiet neighbourhood. Minutes to wineries & walking distance to the beach/hiking trails. The Cove Resort is 1km away and you can rent boats/kayaks, have a spa day or dine in the restaurant. Walk down for breakfast on the weekends. The infamous "Westside Trail" (winery road) is a 5 min drive. Mature guests only. Owner must reside in basement suite durning stays less than 30 days as per West Kelowna regulations. The space The house is clean, modern and spacious. King memory foam mattresses in each of the 3 bedrooms. Large office space and small gym. Guest access I will send instructions closer to your stay. Other things to note House cleaner and pool service will come twice a month to ensure property is maintained.
