We welcome you to our house "Ty Kasa Bona" located in downtown St Pierre when we go on vacation. Peacefully surrounded by a tropical flower garden, this villa designed for 6 people is ideal for a romantic getaway for couples and a refuge for families (children over 6 years old because the pool is not safe). Ideally located to visit the South of the island. The lagoon, restaurants, bars, shops of Saint Pierre are within a 10-minute walk. The space Welcome to the living room, a living room and an open kitchen with central island, fully equipped, (Fridge-freezer, traditional oven, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine). On the ground floor: A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower). Storage A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine. The living room overlooks a pleasant furnished and sunny wooden terrace. The varangue allows you to enjoy the garden and pool while staying in the shade. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 cm double bed. One of the two bedrooms has a bathroom with an en-suite shower. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Outdoor: - A private pool - A beautiful little exotic garden + terrace and varangue with furniture: a large exotic wooden table, 2 benches, 2 chairs - a canopy sofa, ottomans... Free street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the fourth bedroom which will be closed. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Cars can be parked on the street (free parking)
