Welcome to Burns on the Rocks, a cherished family cottage nestled along the tranquil South Shore of Lake Bonaparte. This lakefront gem offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, providing guests with an authentic Adirondack experience. The space Main Floor (Upper Level): Two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with panoramic lake views and a mounted 55" Smart TV. Lower Level: Accessible via an external covered staircase, featuring an additional bedroom and a full bathroom. Expansive Deck with Gas Grill: Perfect for morning coffee, lounging during the day, outdoor meals, and evening sunsets. Large Dock: Equipped with a fireplace, two kayaks, and six life jackets—ideal for water adventures. Three flights of stairs leading from the cottage to the dock, offering scenic views along the way. Sleeping Arrangements: Three double beds accommodating up to six guests. A spacious, comfortable couch suitable for one guest, possibly two depending on sleeping preferences and size. For groups that would like individual sleeping spaces the cottage comfortably sleeps four. Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi. Window AC unit, ceiling fan, and portable fans. Keurig coffee machine (pods included). Parking: Space for up to three vehicles. Please park only in the designated guest parking area. See photos. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note WHAT TO BRING: Drinking water, the cottage’s water supply comes directly from the lake and is not filtered for drinking. Ice, firewood, propane tank for grill, sunscreen, and bug spray. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A BOAT OR OTHER TRAILERED WATER VESSEL please let me know when you book your stay. You will need to launch before coming to the cottage and leave your trailer at the launch. Vessels and trailers are not to be brought up the road to the cottage as there is limited turn around space.
