Please notify us in advance if you have guests using wheelchairs. * As required by law, we have installed surveillance cameras outside the entrance and on the balcony. * The entire interior is non-smoking. If smoking inside is detected, we will charge a 30,000 yen deodorizing fee. * While not at our facility, there have been frequent reports of noise and smoking at other facilities. If we receive complaints from neighbors about noise or smoking, we will charge a 50,000 yen dispatch fee to address the issue. Additionally, if public authorities such as the police, fire department, or health department are notified, we will charge 100,000 yen (due to the need for multiple follow-up visits). * If a fire occurs due to guest negligence, rendering the building or room unusable, or if it spreads to neighboring houses, you may be liable for damages. Please note that the host bears no responsibility for any troubles, including fires, caused by guests. * If you enter the room before the specified check-in time or leave after the specified check-out time without prior permission, we will charge 1,000 yen per 10 minutes. Please contact us in advance as we may be able to accommodate your request. * If more people stay than the number reserved, we will charge double the accommodation fee. This will be automatically applied if there's evidence of extra use of towels or bedding. * Depending on the case, Airbnb's guest insurance may cover damages or penalties for broken equipment or furnishings. In case of any issues, please promptly contact both the host and Airbnb to facilitate a quick resolution. * All amounts mentioned above are exclusive of tax.
