The space Large gîte with 24 beds divided into 7 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 3 bathrooms. Includes a large reception room, cloakroom, professional equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, cold rooms, dishes, tables, chairs, private garden, parking, cleaning, heating etc. Other things to note No groups beyond 34 people. It is forbidden to bring back mattresses for obvious safety reasons. We will unfortunately be obliged to do a count because we realized that some were announcing 20 to end up in the middle of the night at 40... Bed and bath linens are not provided, so you should also consider bringing your own. We now ask for a deposit of €500 (to be paid upon arrival by bank transfer or credit card) which will be fully returned to you no later than 15 days after the end of the rental if no damage has been caused. All the equipment is at your disposal, namely tables, chairs, dishes, cold rooms, professional kitchen etc. but do not forget to take with you the necessary for cleaning (garbage bags, products, sponge, dish towels, mop etc.) and for cooking (matches, lighters, salt, pepper, coffee, filter etc.) Cleaning is included in the price but we ask that the premises be left in a condition close to the initial condition, namely garbage cans all collected and taken out in bags, dishes fully washed, broom and mop used.
