Bus and taxi stops are also nearby. The space Villa Rosa's top floor luxury bedroom "Lavanda" has a private entrance and is equipped with a double bed, microwave, mini-fridge and independent air-conditioning system. There are two chairs in the room for relaxation and two high stools on the balcony from which you can enjoy sea sunsets and summer evenings. Therefore it is a perfect ambient for tasting Novalja's wines. Spacious bathroom is equipped with a hydro massage bathtub. Guest access There is a small wood and large gas grill in the common courtyard. Please ask a day in advance if you would like to use it. Laundry room is located in the basement. All guests have full access to the backyard. During your stay My family and I live on the ground floor so we are at your disposal 0-24h. We can also provide you informations and do grocery shopping for you. Other things to note Smoking is allowed on balcony. For a stay longer than ten days price is negotiable.
