In beautiful Kfar Vradim in the Galilee we welcome you to our luxurious 4 bedroom villa with it's magical garden and cave, spacious terrace with scenic view, and a solar heated swimming pool. Come and take a few days of calm relaxation with all it`s comforts.If you are more than eight you will recieve the extra living quarters which has two more bedrooms (for an extra charge). Staying at the Villa requires signing a contract with the owners. The space Our Home is both warm and calming and at the same time full of art and beauty, Wherever you turn there are paintings, sculptures and of course our lovely garden surrounding it all. There is an open outdoor pool solarly heated- keep your eyes open and allert for children around the pool. The entire house is not child safe and parental guidance and attention is needed at all times. There is even a treadmill for the sport lovers. A contract will be sent to you upon reservation which you will be sometimes asked to fill & sign Guest access You'll have all to yourselves the entire living area kitchen and the four bedroom areas of the villa and of course the garden and the pool. The house is set for 8 guests but can host up to 12 . For groups with more than 8 guests the down stairs unit with two more bedrooms can be prepared, for extra charge, for your convenience. The basement is non-accessible to the villa's guests. Other things to note Please note that the house, garden and pool are not child-safe. When arriving with young children it will be your full responsibility to watch over them. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent as there may be mosquitoes during the summer. The landlord has the right to inspect the house without notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. If the tenants breach the terms of this agreement, the lease agreement will be immediately revoked. The tenants waive all tenant protection rights even if they fail to vacate the premises upon expiration of the rental period. The tenants will vacate the home at the time of expiration and on the date and time set forth in this agreement. 6. Tenants pledge not to use the home phone line for overseas calls. 7. The tenants will manage the house and keep it in good condition, clean, ready to rent, and use all parts and accessories of the home, garden, and pool only in a careful and legal manner. Upon leaving at the end of the rental period, the tenants will leave the house in a proper housing position immediately by the following tenants. If necessary, the tenants will pay for maintenance and repairs to return the home to their owners in the condition they received it. Tenants agree that the landlord will deduct the costs of the said services using the credit card information provided if the tenants have damaged the residence or furniture or other home contents in the pool or home environment. 8. Tenants undertake to legally dispose of all waste and garbage accumulated during the rental period and place the garbage in the designated bins located under the house. Tenants undertake not to leave waste or garbage of any kind outside the home and/or outside the garbage bins for long periods of time 9. Tenants will pay for any damage caused to the place beyond normal wear and tear. 10. Tenants undertake not to bring any pets or other pets into the house. 11. Tenants undertake not to rent the property to another tenant. 12. The number of tenants staying at home during the rental period may not exceed… 13. Tenants undertake to behave culturally and act to be good neighbors and respect the rights of tenants and adjacent property owners. Tenants undertake not to disturb or interfere with any forms that may interfere with or upset the nearby property owners. Interruptions of the kind described above shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and the Tenants will then undertake to vacate the premises immediately. Noise should be avoided from 10:00 AM to 7:00 AM as well as between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. In the case of pool use, an external noise minimum must be observed. 14. Tenants undertake not to smoke at home or in the garden. Smoking is only allowed on the street below the house and the cigarette butts and other waste must be collected and thrown into the trash. 15. A landlord will hand over the tenants the house when it is ready with clean linen and towels. In the kitchen, tenants have various kitchen accessories. Consumables such as toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, shampoo, and other materials are the responsibility of the tenant. If there is consumable equipment of the type described, the tenants are free and allowed to use it. 16. Tenants and Tenants undertake to indemnify the landlord against any claim of personal injury or property damage or loss or impairment resulting from the use of the home or garden regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. The tenant is hereby expressly informed that the homeowner's insurance for the property does not cover the personal property of the tenants or guests and does not cover any incident of injury or injury to the tenants or their guests when using the home or its surroundings, including the pool and garden. Occasionally there may be outages (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) that are beyond our control. We report all outages if we know about them. There are no refunds or compensation in the case of these breaks. 18. There will be no refunds of rent due to shortened stay or expectations destroyed due to weather conditions. 19. In the event that a property is offered for sale, the tenants will allow prospective buyers to see the property in advance, with the tenants making every effort to allow the prospective buyers to see the property within a reasonable time. 20. There will be no refunds of rents due to short stay or ruined expectations due to work-related or family-related emergencies or other tenants' obligations. 21. The villa, garden, and pool are not suitable for children!! It is the responsibility of tenants to learn about safety measures, warning signs of water conditions, and safety practices related to staying in the garden, at home, around the pool, or swimming in the pool. Renters agree and undertake to act as responsible adults and to supervise all children at all times during their stay in the villa, garden, or pool. Tenants are hereby warned that the pool can be dangerous and the tenants fully accept the risks associated with using the pool. Renters are hereby warned that they must be cautious as the pool is open and not gated, there is no lifeguard, and no means of protection from a fall to the pool or the engine room behind it. Renters undertake not to bring in children who are not yet in control of their various ports to the pool without full protection (pool adapted diaper). Renters undertake not to bring in-they or their children any food in the pool. In the event of a damage to a type of pool that will require full emptying of the water, the cost of refilling the pool will be applied to renters. 22. Tenants undertake not to possess firearms during their stay in the lease, nor to use the lease or its surroundings in fireworks and other hazardous materials. 24. Tenants undertake to use the home for legal purposes only and for their residence during the rental period, and other uses such as, but not limited to, illicit drug use, abuse of any person, concealment of fugitives, etc.Any of the terms mentioned in clause 24 shall terminate this Agreement immediately without repayment of any rent or deposit. 25. Tenants undertake to maintain that their children are not exposed to detergents or dangerous appliances located in the laundry room or under the kitchen sink and which may be a danger to children and adults. 26. Every tenant of landlords will assist the tenants as much as they can in operating the various appliances in the house. 27. Tenants will take care of their security and order while in or out of the property by locking all exterior doors, lowering all shutters, closing all windows, turning off all lights, etc., and in addition to leaving the alarm at home. 28. Valuable items left behind by tenants will make every reasonable effort to contact and return them to tenants. Even though the tenants would not claim to return their belongings for more than 6 months, they would become the landlord's property. 29. Wireless Internet is provided for convenience only and is not an integral part of the Agreement. There is no refund of rent in cases of outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences when it comes to web services. 31. Tenants undertake that if air conditioners are operated it will be at 24 degrees and that in rooms where air conditioners are operated, tenants will ensure that the doors and windows are closed when operating. Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the house or in unused rooms. 32. Guests will manage the house and keep it in good condition, clean, and ready for further rental, and will use all parts and accessories of the house, garden, and pool only in a careful and legal manner. Upon leaving at the end of the lease period, the guests will leave the house as they received it. In a condition suitable for immediate occupancy by the next guests. If necessary, guests will pay for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs in order to return the house to its owner in the condition in which they received it. Guests agree that the host will deduct the costs of the aforementioned services using the credit card details provided if the guests have caused damage to the residence or its furniture or other contents in the house, garden, pool, or surrounding area. 11. Guests undertake to dispose of all waste and garbage accumulated during the rental period, legally and place them in the designated bins located under the house. Guests undertake not to leave waste or garbage of any kind outside the house and/or outside the garbage cans. 12. Guests will pay for any damage caused to the place beyond normal wear and tear. 13. Guests undertake not to bring a pet or other animals into the house. 14. Guests undertake not to rent the property to another tenant. 15. The number of guests staying in the house during the lease period shall not exceed ___ . 16. Guests undertake to behave in a civilized manner and act as good neighbors and respect the rights of the tenants and owners of the adjacent properties. Guests agree not to make noise or disturb in ways that may disturb or upset nearby property owners. Disturbances of the type described above shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement. Then the guests undertake to vacate the place immediately. The villa is a non-smoking house - guests undertake not to smoke in the house or garden. The host will provide the guests with the house when it is ready with clean sheets and towels. In the kitchen, guests have various kitchen accessories at their disposal. Disposable equipment such as toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, shampoo, and other materials are the responsibility of the guests. If there is disposable equipment of the type described in the house, the guests are free and may use it. 19. The guests and their guests undertake to indemnify the host against any claim of bodily injury or damage to property or loss or diminution of value as a result of use of the house or garden regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. It is hereby expressly informed to the guests that the host's insurance on the property does not cover the personal property of the guests and does not cover any case of injury or harm to the guests or their guests when using the house or its surroundings including the pool and garden. Guests should purchase their own insurance coverage for themselves and their guests for the vacation and rental period. 20. Guests agree to pay any and all expenses, attorney's fees and expenses that will apply to a landlord for the purpose of enforcing this agreement. 21. Occasionally there may be interruptions (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) that are beyond our control. We report all interruptions if we know about them. There are no refunds or compensation in the event of these interruptions. 22. There will be no refunds of rent due to shortening the length of stay or expectations destroyed due to weather conditions. There will be no refunds of rent due to shortened stay or unfulfilled expectations due to emergencies, work or family related or other guest obligations. There will be a full refund of the balance of the rent if one of the guests becomes ill with Corona (a positive test certificate for Corona will be presented) or in the event of a full lockdown renewal during the rental period. The guests undertake that they arrive at the villa when everyone is healthy and none of them has a suspicion of corona, that is – without fever, cough or other suspicious symptoms. 23. The villa, garden and pool are not suitable for children!! It is the responsibility of the guests to learn about safety measures, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures relating to staying in the garden, at home, around the pool or swimming in the pool. Guests agree and undertake to act as responsible adults and supervise all children at all times during their stay in the villa, in the garden, in or around the pool. Guests are hereby warned that the pool can be dangerous and guests fully accept the risks involved in using the pool. Guests are hereby warned that they must be careful since the pool is open and not fenced, there is no lifeguard and there are no means of protection from falling into the pool or the machine room behind it. Guests undertake not to bring children who do not yet control their various exits to the pool without full protection (a diaper adapted to the pool). Guests agree not to bring – they or their children any food into the pool. In the event of damage to the pool that will require a complete emptying of the water, the cost of refilling the pool will apply to the guests 24. Guests undertake not to hold weapons during their stay in the leasehold, and not to use the leasehold or its surroundings in fireworks and other hazardous materials. 25. Guests undertake to use the house for legal purposes only and only for their residence during the lease period, and other use, such as, but not limited to, illegal use of drugs, abuse of any person, concealment of fugitives from the law, etc.; any of the conditions mentioned in section 24 will cause the termination of this agreement immediately without refund of rent or deposits. 26. Guests undertake to ensure that their children are not exposed to hazardous cleaning agents or devices located in various places in the villa that may pose a danger to children and adults. 27. At every request of the guests, the host will assist the guests as much as possible in operating the various appliances in the house. 28. Guests will take care of their safety and order while staying in or leaving the property, including locking all exterior doors, lowering all blinds, closing all windows, turning off all lights, etc., and whenever leaving the house, also to activate the alarm. 29. Valuable items left behind by guests will be made by the hostess to contact and return them to guests. If, however, the guests do not claim their belongings for more than 6 months, they will become the property of the landlord. 30. Wireless Internet is provided for convenience only, and is not an integral part of the agreement. There is no refund of rent in cases of interruptions, content, lack of content, speed, access issues, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences regarding Internet services. 31. Guests are asked to turn on the air conditioners at 24 degrees and that in rooms where air conditioners are operated, the guests will ensure that the doors and windows are closed during operation. When leaving the house or in unused rooms, please turn off the air conditioners. 32. If the guests are late to vacate the leasehold, the host will charge the guests using the credit card whose details were provided to her at the time of signing the agreement in the amount of NIS 2000 for each day of delay in vacating the villa. 33. Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking or at least two weeks prior to arrival. 75% refund in case of cancellation less than two weeks before arrival.
