Exposed metal beams, Catalan cuisine, high ceilings are the standards of this character setting. The Loft is classified as a *** furnished tourist accommodation for 2 people. However, it can accommodate an additional 2 people in a small cozy room. Ideal for families with kids. The space I lived for 12 years in this apartment that I put on the platform in the pure spirit of Airbnb: you come to live in a house and not just sleep in a hotel, we establish a privileged relationship between the tenant of a few nights and the owner... ----- The terrace bordering the kitchen and living room gives you a countryside feel in the heart of the village! All the advantages of the house in the heart of the city. The typical Catalan cuisine is an invitation to travel and the terrace is a haven of peace. The master bedroom overlooking the Canigou is huge and has a video projector with a giant projection screen. The other bedroom is a real little cocoon of softness. The apartment is air-conditioned except for the small room which has a Dyson fan. ----- For your convenience, bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. Guest access The entire house is accessible, i.e. 90 m2 not including the terrace. Only a few cupboards are inaccessible to store the products and materials needed to host guests... But otherwise, the whole apartment is yours! Other things to note Access is via a pretty staircase after crossing a beautiful patio... No elevator in this historic building from the beginning of the last century. Living rooms, excluding bathrooms, must be left as clean as they were when you arrived. The cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning/ironing of sheets, towels, tea towels... as well as the complete cleaning of the bathrooms/shower rooms. We hope you enjoy your stay in Thuir!
