Your stay includes one bedroom with a King-sized bed and a living room queen sleeper sofa. Please note, there is NO BALCONY, thought the photos give the illusion of a balcony. Kids will love the set of youth bunk beds (65 inches) tucked into a fun little nook. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to an oceanfront dining and living room. Wi-Fi, parking, television, linens and towels are included. There are laundry facilities conveniently located on site but not inside the unit. Guest access There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool for you to enjoy. You'll be directly oceanfront with the sand just steps away. A Shuffleboard Court, Activity room and laundry room are onsite. Other things to note No pets allowed. We are a smoke free property. No smoking inside unit or in common areas. This building is equipped with an elevator. Please note: the Yachtsman requires a $200 Refundable Security Deposit upon check-in. The security deposit is refundable after an inspection of the room is completed, after check-out. For all reservations one month or longer, a $500 refundable deposit is required at check-in. Reservations longer than 7 nights are cleaned weekly at no additional cost. This service is required and not optional. We will work with your schedule to make this as convenient as possible during your stay.
