The entire place is covered with: - Air Condition - High-speed WIFI, SMART TV with channel, NETFLIX, and YOUTUBE - Electric Water Kettle - Fridge - Bathroom with hair & body shampoo, hand soap, water heater, and bath towels - Kitchen utensils for light cooking, cups, fork & spoon - 24-hour security guards Other things to note HOUSE RULES： - Strictly No smoking in the house. - Eating and drinking in bed is strongly prohibited. - No parties - No shoes - No pets in the unit - No Durian （Violation will be fined RM300） ** RM150/card will be forfeited as penalty if its lost or damaged for the access card. ** Damage to item inside the house during the stay. If found any of these rules are broken will be penalized and fine by the origin price. **After 10:30 p.m. please keep voice low to avoid complaints. **Please keep it clean, if it is too dirty, we will charge an extra cleaning fee.
