The Boat house has been a labour of love and we hope you love it as much as we do it is our 2nd home for when we visit our family and grand children. It provides a large deck with BBQ and extra fridge and seating for six. A short walk to the river and wharf with grassy area for a picnic. Town is only 6 minutes away for all your supplies. We love the wildlife that come and visit the back deck but we ask you to please n Please Note: High chair and Portacot available on request. The space The Boat house has everything you need for your stay, a full kitchen with a Smeg oven and 4 burner gas cook top, plenty of prep space full size fridge with freezer. Dishwasher and pull out dinning table for six. A large walk in shower with a japanese inspired soaking tub, separate toilet with sink and laundry with washing powder for your convenience. The yard is fully fenced. The Boat house is modern and rustic with a little surprise. we left the floors the way they were except the lounge which we painted so as not to cause to much fuss while holidaying. The local markets are on every Saturday between 8am till 3:30pm offering local goods of all sorts and the Sage markets on Tuesdays 3pm till 5:30pm offering fresh produce Vegies, fresh fish, prawns, plants etc. They are located on the Moruya river next to the pool. HIGH CHAIR AND PORTACOT AVAILABLE ON REQUEST Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself and your family. Other things to note Put rubbish in bins provided before check out. Please note: NO cleaning of fish in or around the house. A extra cleaning fee will apply. There is a cleaning station at the boat ramp. We appreciate your understanding. We love our friendly visitors but appreciate it if you don’t feed the wildlife as they become dependent on people and our food isn’t good for them thank you. Registration Details PID-STRA-56190
