You can check off LOCATION with this rental! This well appointed and charming vintage apartment is in our 1887 Victorian home and occupies the top floor. The space 1 bedroom apartment is on top floor of home. Stairwell between upstairs and downstairs has deadbolted door that is always locked. Private unit, private deck, separate entry. Guest access The unit occupies the top floor of our home and has its own entrance via the alley/back gate. One flight of stairs takes you to the private deck and entry. Guests will be required to access the unit via the alley and are kindly asked to refrain from using the walkway between our property and our close neighbors. Thank you!
