Our house is in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Right on the border of Mesa/Gilbert, we're near both entertainment & locations for all your personal needs such groceries/household items. We are a 10 minute or less trip to Downtown Gilbert or Mesa. We're within walking distance to Walmart & Dashmart. Close to the US-60 highway. The space This room includes acrylic and epoxy artwork by a local artist and is located on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom with one other Airbnb room. The 2nd floor has been completely renovated for a modern chic design, including new ceiling fans, paint, and flooring (2/2023). Guest access Guests have full access to the following areas: Guest bedroom and bathroom (on 2nd floor) Kitchen and Dining Room Living Room/Game Room with Pool Table, Dart Board, and Love Sac. Side and Back Patio Areas with Fire Pit Entry to the house is through the front door which is accessed by going around the left side of the garage, past the gate to the side yard. Pictured instructions are provided to all confirmed reservations. During your stay Please use the AirBnB app for questions or issues if myself or my cohost are not at the home. It will go to both of us to give you the fastest resolution. We do not live here, but come over regularly to clean and for yard maintainence.
