Roof deck is big enough for a little get-together, w/the fascinating view of the ocean. Living room is nice and cozy w/ a small bar to enjoy a sip of wine or beer. Enjoy fresh air while barbecuing at house extension, and relaxing in Jacuzzi with hydro-massage. Get a nice warm shower in master bathroom and a smart bidet for your comfort.
