The space On the ground floor, you have: - a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, - a kitchen, a living room and a dining table. Upstairs, you'll relax in a large bedroom with 3 velux under the attic, and an ideal office area for remote work. Outside, enjoy a cozy terrace with dining area, sunbeds. This cottage is non-smoking. A washing machine is available next to the Ty Coz cottage. Our dogs, Happie and Mouki, will be there to welcome you and give you a small daily tour to say hello. They are very sociable. They love to play with children and most importantly, they love hugs! Please note: If you go for a walk around the cottage, dogs must stay at home. Their territory is marked out; otherwise, they would risk escaping later. THANK YOU! Guest access How do I get to the cottage? When you have taken the road to Penboaz Noas, continue straight. When you arrive in front of the tree in the village (see photo with signs), go down to the right at the Pen Ty gîte. You can park on the platform. Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the price. It is to be done by you (empty trash cans and dishwasher, clean bathroom and kitchen, mop the floor, gather dirty laundry). The accommodation will be returned as you found it on arrival. If you don't want to clean, please let me know the day you arrive. An additional financial contribution will be requested.
