The Homestead was renovated in the first half of 2019. The Garden Level is the lower unit of the house, and has a a patio that overlooks the Hermann Farm. With incredible views, this unit can sleep up to 8 guests, and has three bedrooms (one room with 2 queen beds, a room with a full bed, and an open space off the living room with a queen bed). The Garden Level has one bathroom. Enter through the patio door on the East side (Farm Valley side) of the house. The space The space offers a living room and outside patio that are wonderful gathering areas for your group. With incredible views of the Hermann Farm Valley, you will be able to see for miles!
