Its about 900 sf, with 1 bedroom with new queen size super comfortable bed, private bathroom, super spacious living room with a large tv and work area. Minutes from Sprouts, Whole foods, Trader Joes and so many restaurants. One block away from the central canal that is great for riding bicycle, running, etc. Guest access The guest house has a completely independent entrance from the main house. It has its own parking space. Other things to note It has 4 steps to the entrance and its not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. It is a ZERO tolerance smoking policy. No tobacco, no weed, no vaping. No children or pets. Adults only.
