The building is very family-friendly and quiet, with a doorman during the day. Parking is rotating. The apartment is on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and service area, which will be at your disposal, newly renovated and fully furnished, located in a good area of Salvador. The apartment is exclusively for the group. The building has an internal TV circuit. Here are some rules and information about our apartment: • It is necessary to present the documents of all guests who will be staying at the place; • Minors will only be accepted accompanied by their legal guardians. Please don't insist! • The property is exclusive to your group; • To prevent FIRES and unnecessary energy expenditure, we ask you to TURN OFF the lights, air-conditioning and fans ALWAYS when leaving the apartment; • We love PETS, but the owners must be aware that their needs must be made on the street and that they do not place them on top of the beds or sofa; • It is not allowed to take GUESTS without permission from the host. The entrance to the apartment is monitored by an existing camera on the apartment door, in the OUTDOOR area; • It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the building with swimwear or shirtless; • Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and living room of the apartment. You can smoke in the room window, but it is not allowed to dispose of ash or cigarette butt (use available ashtray); • On-site parties are not allowed; •The use of illicit substances (drugs) is not allowed; • The building has a family environment, with some seniors residing on site, so we ask for absolute silence after 21:00; • Our standard check-in time is from 1pm and check-out until 11am. If you want flexibility, you must agree in advance with the host to know if there is a possibility; • The building has 5 rotating parking spaces, but the street is very residential without exit and easy to find a space near the building. We do not have a PRIVATE space; • Linen and bath linens are provided; • It is not allowed to remove makeup with the bed and bath linens from the apartment. If the guest stains with makeup or other product, they must reimburse the host in R$40 for part washing; • In the apartment there is wi-fi available; • You will also be able to use the kitchen, utensils and appliances will be available; • We ask all groups to collect the garbage from the bathroom and kitchen at check-out. There is dumpster available for disposal in the first basement, in the building's internal parking lot. The access is with the same sensor that opens the main gate of the predo; • The kitchen sink must be delivered to the host at check-out without dirty dishes, pans or cutlery; • During your stay, Fico is always available to assist with any occurrence; • The property has a stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, micro waves, washing machine, television, air conditioning, table and ceiling fan, as well as silverware, pans and dishes for the group's use.
