Three well appointed bedrooms each with a bathroom, provide every measure for guests to feel relaxed, comfortable and well taken care of. The deck offers magnificent sunset views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill, whilst the terrace is perfect for catching sun downers over expansive views of the V&A Waterfront, Ocean and City. This incredible apartment has the sophisticated grace to entice you into a well appointed world of top class luxury, all while leaving you with a sense of peace, tranquility and relaxation. Dare to be spoiled! Other things to note Although there is a fireplace, please do take note that after an incident it is disconnected and no longer operational (purely decorative now). It is important for the guest who has made the booking to provide identification on arrival. This is a requirement of building security. No other persons may be permitted into the building without prior authorisation. Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. This means that power outages are scheduled for up to 2hrs at a time, mainly early morning and late evening. Unfortunately we do not have a back up generator in the building to mitigate this. We do provide solar powered lamps and guests are still able to cook as the stove is gas (there is also a gas barbecue) Load shedding is an unfortunate reality for the country that affects 80% of the population. NB!!! Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. We do provide solar powered lamps as well as well as back up UPS battery inverter to keep the WiFi and TV running and uninterrupted. The stove top is gas which is unaffected. Load shedding is an unfortunate reality for the country that affects every single household. Please do not use the towels to wipe or clean make up, if any stains are found on the towels or linen, we will unfortunately be required to submit a request for reimbursement. Guests are more than welcome to make use of the pool downstairs withing restricted hours. The pool is available for use to all guests and residents of the building.
