Our 1 bedroom unit with balcony has a full double size bed with pull-out bed, a kitchenette where light cooking is allowed. Unit has its own bathroom, 55” Smart TV with Netflix, Unli WIFI and a recliner sofa where guests can comfortably binge-watch! We also added Echo Show w/ Alexa (Spotify ready) The place is just a 3-5 minute walk to SM southmall and very accessible to almost everything. The unit is perfect for responsible guests who are traveling by themselves or their partner and child. The space Our space is very accessible to just about anything. SM Southmall is just across the condo where you can shop, dine and have a quality time with your family. Our 1 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 4 pax, for the 4th person, a floor mattress will be provided with a mininum charge. We also have a 2 bedroom unit which can accommodate more. Our space comes with: -Induction cooker -Utensils -Electric Kettle -Rice cooker -Microwave -Full size refrigerator -Dish soap -Sponge (provided, but you may bring your own) -Hand soap -Bathroom tissue -Paper towel -Bath towels for two -Guest kits for two (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo w/conditioner and soap) PLUS complimentary cookies, bottled water and coffee for two. Guest access 📌 **SWIMMING POOL ACCESS ₱150 per guest per day (regular days) ₱300 per guest per day (holidays) Note: Pool is open from 12:00nn-10:00pm on Mondays and 6:00am-10:00pm on Tuesday-Sunday. 📌PARKING ₱300 per night (multiple entry) Note: Parking is on a first to pay basis, LIMITED slots. Incase the parking is full inside the condo complex, there is a parking lot available beside SM Southmall 100-200 meters from the guard house. Rate is ₱300 per night also. 📌EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK OUT ₱200 per hour. (DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY) Other things to note CHECK-IN -2:00PM CHECK OUT -12:00NN -We offer self check-in, you may check-in anytime after 2:00pm. -Early check-in and late check out charge is ₱200/hr. (DEPENDS ON UNIT AVAILABILITY). 📌HOUSE RULES: •No smoking. •No pet/s allowed. •No party or loud noise after 9:00pm. •Unregistered guests are not allowed. •No cooking with strong smelly foods like fish and the likes. •Do not re-arrange anything inside the unit. •Refrain from eating on the bed, stubborn linen stains will be charged accordingly. •Please always use the coaster provided inside the unit especially for hot drinks. •Do not throw and flush toilet paper, paper towel and wet wipes inside the toilet bowl. •Do not remove the strainer in the kitchen sink and refrain from throwing any food to avoid clogging. •Do not throw in hair strands at the lavatory to avoid clogging. •Do not hang towels or any clothes at the balcony. ‼️FAILURE TO COMPLY with the house rules will be charged accordingly. ₱1,000 minimum.
