We are located only two blocks from the C&O Canal which makes this the ideal stop for cyclist or hikers traveling on the trail. The "towpath" is 184.5 miles of recreational path that runs along the C&O Canal from Georgetown to Cumberland. Also 14 miles from skiing, 9 miles to Antietam battlefield, and 17 miles to historic Shepherdstown. It has a newly remodeled en suite bath with a glass shower surround and ceramic tile. There is a smart TV and wifi. The main level of the B&B is shared space so you will likely run into other guests during your stay. Each room has its own private bath and a code on the door. The laundry is in the basement for all guests to share. You will receive a code to the garage if you need to store bikes there. The is no host on site but you will see other guests. Host is available by text and phone 24/7. Don't forget to visit Lotus Moon Cafe located right next door. Still Smokin BBQ will hit the spot for meat lovers! Mama Lulu's Diner is the new kid on the block open from breakfast till dinner. Tony's Italian is the perfect spot for pasta and salads and stays open until 10pm. Third Base is a local watering hole with great company and cheap beer! Several small town shops only steps away include Zelda's, and Rhodes welding & metal works. Get a hot shave and a hair cut at Williamsport Barber Shop right next door. Great location for those visiting Springfield barn. Only minutes from Hagerstown, Sharpsburg, Boonsboro, and Falling Waters. The price is for 2 person occupancy in each room. The rate also includes a continental breakfast. You will be sharing the house with other guests and we do have cameras so we will know if more than two guests are in a room so please respect the rules.
