Near by, there are also restaurants like The Honor, Toojay's, Palm Beach Grill, PBCatch, Greens Pharmacy (a popular breakfast eatery/drugstore), Amici's Italian Grocery/Organic market and the Breaker's Hotel.  Enjoy world famous shopping on Worth Avenue, only a 10 minute drive away, City Place in West Palm is a 10 min drive, The new Palm Beach Outlet Mall is also a 10 min drive. Hippocrates Health Institute is within 25 min and the Seaview Tennis Center is only a 5 minute drive from the Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium.  Explore the Lake Trail, an intracoastal bike/walking path, with a bike rented or moped from the Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop, located along the first floor of the building. And when you're done biking, go next door to indulge yourself at the Patrick Leze Patissier Chocolatier and fuel up for another excursion into paradise.  The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium has many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.  The rent includes cable TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a fan, air-conditioning as well as a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery.  The building has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy check-in/check-out. A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18. Parking on Sunrise Avenue, infront of the building is limited to 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. If you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. Palm Beach has never been so délicieux. Also notable is Publix, a large, affordable grocery store located just across the street. Other things to note This is a condo building offering boutique-style vacation rentals, each privately owned and managed. The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium has a 24-hour staffed front desk for convenient check-in and check-out. However, please note that this is a condominium building, not a traditional hotel, so regular hotel services are not provided through the front desk beyond check-in and check-out assistance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUILDING: Ongoing Construction: Please be aware that there is construction on the building’s façade, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Plumbing and Hot Water: Due to the building’s historic plumbing, it may take up to 20 minutes for hot water to reach some units, and drainage may be slower. Thank you for your patience! Air Conditioning: To prevent the AC from freezing, please avoid setting the temperature below 68°F. If it freezes, turn it off briefly before restarting. Do not unplug the AC. Pest Control: Monthly pest control is performed in all units, but you may occasionally see palmetto bugs or sugar ants seeking shelter. Don’t be alarmed; these insects do not bite. Shared Amenities: The building offers a heated pool in the courtyard and laundry facilities, accessible to all residents. Family Suitability: Our apartments are suitable for families; however, please note that they are not equipped with outlet covers, corner guards, or other childproofing measures. Pet Policy: The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium is a no-pet building. Service animals and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation and up-to-date shot records. HOUSE RULES: Noise: Please keep noise levels down between 11 PM and 8 AM. Keys/Fobs: Return any keys or fobs provided to the front desk upon checkout. No Smoking or Recreational Substances: Smoking and recreational substances are prohibited. No Parties or Illegal Activities: Parties and illegal activities are not permitted. Sand and Tanning Oils: Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower near the pool. Shower off any tanning oils or lotions before using bedsheets or bedding.
