This helps us prepare plenty of bedding and towels for everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay! -Cooking Etiquette: For the comfort of future guests, we kindly ask you to avoid cooking very strong-smelling foods (like grilled fish). A cleaning fee might apply if persistent odors remain. -Tidy Up: Please wash and put away any dishes you've used for the next guests. -Waste Sorting: In Korea, it's essential to sort recycling, general waste, and food waste. Please use the designated bins provided at the house. (Chicken bones: general waste.) -Facilities Use: If anything gets damaged or stained during your stay, please let us know right away! We'll quickly take care of it for our next guests. -Parking: Unfortunately, we don't have private parking. If you're driving, we recommend using the nearby public parking areas. - No Indoor Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas of the house, including the laundry room. (A penalty of $200 USD will be charged for violations.) - Consideration for Neighbors Our place is located in a residential building with friendly local neighbors. Please be mindful and avoid excessive noise such as loud talking, music, or parties. Especially around the entrance, stairways, and during late-night hours, we kindly ask you to show your best manners and keep the atmosphere calm and respectful. (Please note: If there are two noise complaints, guests may be asked to leave without a refund.) - By booking, you agree to our house rules. Please follow them for a pleasant stay.
