Peaceful spacious room with queen bed

Big 4 bedroom house, to share with one other. The room has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe; it would suit a couple or single person. Fireplace, central heating, big outdoor deck, swimming pool, and back yard. Plenty of space to park, quiet cul-de-sack street, close to shops and transport. The space Shared kitchen, dining, deck and garden and laundry. Lots of parking space, it's a big place. Guest access Shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas, though its a big place so plenty of room. During your stay Sure I can help, I grew up in Canberra so know what's around. I've a number of great friends and am fairly social. Other things to note Pretty new to airBNB so really just testing the waters, but pretty easy going guy to live with I think.
