This bright summer cottage has parking space for 4 vehicles and an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 people in the upstairs bedrooms and additional sleeping space for 2 people on the first floor. Please note that these stairs to the second floor are a bit steep but they do have a railing. There is a lovely 3/4 covered and wrapped porch with a propane grill and chairs to lounge in for outdoor dining and a nice backyard to play lawn games and enjoy the sunshine. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500. Dogs are allowed with prior approval and are subject to an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee.
