The temperature in all rooms is set to 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius). The entire house has to be on a cool or heat setting. -We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. -Due to our limited availability, reservations must cancelled 14 days prior to of the arrival date in order to receive a refund. -All cancellations must be communicated to and acknowledged by The Legacy Inn. -Rooms requiring excessive cleaning or containing damage will be the responsibility of the guests and fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
