The space The 60 sqm brand new luxury apartment (2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchen) is in the heart of Buda, just a few steps from Margharet Bridge and the bank of river Danube and Margharet Island. It is the most elegant part of Budapest, therefor very silent and safe. Excellent public transport: Next to the building you can get on a tram of the very new tram system which takes you to the Castle District, or Chain Bridge in less than10 minutes or to Downtown- Ruin Bars and the Jewish Quarter. A famous shopping mall „Mammut” is also 2 stations by tram. With its exellent transport facilities all the sights are available in 10 minutes. A very long walking way also starts from here just along the Danube crossing all the bridges giving a breath-taking view. The apartment itself is in a nice old building on the 5th floor overloking to a park with a huge horse-chestnut tree from the balcony. Here you can sit out and have breakfast or supper in the warmer days. The flat has just been renewed. I merged trendy LOFT and Countryside elements when designing the flat, everything is brand new and clean, except some furnitures such as the bar table, night-table, pallet table and many hangers which are really very old renovated ones raising the mood of the place.. Guest access This is a 60 sqm apartment which will be used by only you, in case the booking is for 2 person and the guests are a couple and sleep together I prefer guests choose one bedroom which they will use and leave the other bedroom untouched... If they are not couple or sleep separately I do the beds in separate bedrooms as requested... Other things to note Guests have to pay 2 Eur/person/night (over 18 age) as a local tax, which I pay monthly to local government, and I ask personal datas as name, birth place and date, id number which is also required by the government to a so called "guest book". I also ask guests to send a photo of their traveling document, which I have to fill up to a tax-statistics system of Hungary of tourism... Registration Details MA19015845
